This happens a lot. Thankfully it’s easy to fix:

Basically you just have to add the svn:ignore on build-number.txt

1. In TortoiseSVN select “Properties”

2. Click the “Add” button

3. Define the svn:ignore property:

4. COMMIT THE CHANGES!!! Don’t forget to do this or you’ll keep getting the error.
